BBQ enthusiast Pat saw the Trailblazer BBQ as the perfect way to expand the business and bring high-quality, fire-cooked food to outdoor events of all kinds. Built by a specialist County Down firm, this impressive towable BBQ burns charcoal or wood, delivering unbeatable flavour and a real sense of occasion.
The BBQ can even be transported while lit, allowing for smooth setup and efficient service. Combined with our fully fitted catering vehicle, complete with fridges, prep units and an awning, we can cater comfortably at almost any outdoor location.
The Trailblazer BBQ is capable of cooking up to 600 burgers per hour, but it’s far from limited to burgers. With menus to suit all tastes, we can cater for everything from casual gatherings to milestone celebrations — all finished with that authentic charcoal taste.
